The Bedding

What is the fabric quality of tuck bedding?

Our super soft 300 thread count sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers are woven in a sateen weave using a proprietary blend of organic cotton and TENCEL™ Lyocell, giving them that smooth, soft feeling. All of our bedding is lightweight and specially designed for year-round use.

How do I launder my tuck bedding?

Warm or cold machine-wash cycle with like colours, then hang outside on the line to dry if you can, or tumble dry on a low or medium setting.

How do I properly fold a fitted sheet?

Like you, we are only human. After much research we lifted our favourite methods from online tutorial videos from the experts like Marie and Martha. If you find an even better way in your own search, please share the secret with us!

Do you have a size guide?

Yes, you can view it here.

Do you sell flat and fitted sheets separately?

Not yet! But it's something we're looking into.

I’ve never heard of Tencel™ Lyocell, where can I find out more?

Since the textile industry is amongst some of the largest polluters in the world, we naturally decided to take the more environmentally responsible route, and chose to make our bedding with Tencel Lyocell fibers—which are derived from sustainably sourced wood  (primarily eucalyptus). Tencel has gained global recognition for its environmentally responsible closed loop production process which manufactures cellulosic fibers from wood pulp with high resource efficiency and low environmental impact. You can find out more about what tuck is made of here: tencel.com/about

How do I know your product is certified organic?

Our products are made with GOTS certified Organic cotton, which can be identified using our certification number found on the tag of our product.

What is GOTS?

GOTS, aka The Global Organic Textile Standard, is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibers, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain.
