Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada and the U.S.
When will my preorder ship?
None of our products are currently on preorder.
What are your regular delivery times?
We aim to fulfil all orders at our warehouse in a 24-48 hour time period. Once ready to ship, delivery times will vary based on location and customs (U.S. only). The below time frames are estimated times are not guaranteed.
Within Canada: 1-7 business days.
Within U.S. 7-14 business days.
Note: U.S. customers are liable for any taxes or duties levied by their state/country. Typically, duties are only applicable for purchases that exceed $800USD.

Sheet Sets & Duvet Covers
We want you to be happy with your bedding so please go ahead and test it. We offer a 30 day sleep trial for any one (1) sheet set or one (1) duvet cover. If you have purchased a Bundle, or other products in your order, any remaining items must be in the same condition you received it in - unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
Please note: Our sleep trial is only applicable once per customer. Furthermore, if you ordered a bundle and choose to return only a part of it, the bundle discount will be removed from your refund.
Blankets & Quilts
All blanket or quilt purchases must be unused/unopened with tags within 30 days of purchase receipt.
Gift cards and all collaborations are final sale.
